functional showercomfortable bedadequate roomworking air conditioning
i found my room quite adequate. it had a tv with several channels. the air conditioning worked well. my bed was comfortable for restful sleep. the bathroom had a functional shower.
The pool water could have been a bit cleaner. I noticed some debris floating occasionally.

The staff was attentive. The animation team was entertaining. The room was clean. I found the price point reasonable for what was offered. Mano from the animation team was very friendly and inclusive. The hotel is located near many facilities.
Some appliance didn't work, and this made it difficult to use the facilities fully. This affected my ability to enjoy some aspects of my stay.

The bar man in the lobby was attentive to requests! He made good cocktails. The staff tried to help. The entertainment team was active in engaging guests.
